Once your payment is confirmed, we start preparing your order. We ship worldwide, so delivery times vary with your location, customs and local couriers.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
🌍 Free Worldwide Shipping
Free shipping on every order, no minimum, anywhere we ship.
Depending on stock and your location, orders may ship from fulfillment centers in the United States, Europe or Asia.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Time
After your order ships, most orders arrive within 6–12 days.
Actual delivery times depend on:
- Your country or region
- Customs clearance
- Local postal services
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Peak holiday volume
These times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
🎁 Christmas Delivery
To arrive before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5.
Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we can't promise it.
⏳ If Your Order Is Delayed
Sometimes parcels slow down for reasons nobody controls:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Flight or transport delays
- High shipping volume
- Carrier disruptions
If your tracking stops moving, email us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier. Where a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we review each case individually and decide the fairest way to put it right.
📩 Address Changes
Need to fix your shipping address? Email us as quickly as you can at hello.zapzuno@outlook.com.
Once a parcel has shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
📩 Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
