My boys usually lose interest in new toys pretty quickly, but they’ve been playing with this almost every evening. Setting it up was simple, and I like that they can play together without shooting foam darts all over the house. It’s been especially nice on rainy days.

I bought this for my son’s birthday and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. It turned out to be the toy everyone wanted to play with at the party. The projected characters make it feel different from regular laser tag, and the score display saves me from having to keep track.

I wanted a gift my grandchildren could enjoy together instead of another toy for just one child. They figured it out much faster than I did and played for most of the afternoon. I especially appreciate that there are no little darts or pieces scattered around afterward.

My daughter likes the target game, while my older son prefers competing with the two blasters, so both of them actually use it. The projector is compact and doesn’t take long to set up. It has become one of our go-to indoor activities when the weather is bad.

Questions, answered

Anything else? hello.zapzuno@outlook.com

What age is it for?

Ages 5 and up, with adult supervision. From around 7 they run the whole game themselves.

Is it safe? What do the blasters fire?

Infrared light. Nothing is launched, no darts, nothing to pick up off the floor.

Does it need a dark room?

Yes. In bright light the projection looks faint. Any plain wall works, nothing to stick up.

Are batteries included?

No. Each blaster takes 3 AAA, the projector takes 2 AA. Worth grabbing a pack if this is a gift.

How many can play?

One set is two players. Two sets let four play on the same projection.

What are L1 and L2?

L1 is a level challenge with ten levels. L2 is competition mode for the highest score.

How long is shipping?

Processed in 1-4 business days, delivered in 6-12. Free worldwide, tracking by email.
